Northwoods Pregnancy Center is dedicated to providing patients with a safe, confidential environment that respects their choices and empowers them on their journey.
Directing the CIM team and developing our BUILD program.
Derek is the area representative for the Bemidji, MN area. He works with volunteers and coaches to equip them for ministry through FCA. He sees the incredible value of bringing the gospel to public schools through God’s word and has a desire to see young students saved by Jesus and live to glorify God in their sport and all they do.
Duane is the Chaplin at the Beltrami County Adult Corrections Center in Bemidji, MN. He has worked in jail ministry for over 35 years.
Cultivating Faith, Values & Education
The Bemidji Community Food Shelf is a faith-based, caring place that helps those who are experiencing food insecurity. BCFS works with their partners to provide fresh, nourishing foods for those living in Beltrami County and the Bemidji School District.
John and Lori Wagar serve as volunteers at the food shelf and as our liaisons.

Evangelism Unlimited exists to teach, train, lead, encourage, and resource Christians to evangelize. The mission of Evangelism Unlimited is to assist local churches and partner with Evangelical schools by teaching and leading evangelism, and by raising up and empowering student leaders to lead other students in evangelism.
El Refugio ("The Refuge") is a missions organization that operates a girls home for teens and pre-teens who are leaving situations of abuse, neglect, or prostitution.
Calvary Chapel Bemidji family members participate in missions trips to Ensenada, Mexico, to help with El Refugio projects and minister to the girls.
Greg serves as a Wycliffe Bible Translator, working closely with the Mpur people to translate the Word of God into their language. Greg works with local Mpur Christians throughout the translation process to ensure not only that words are correct, but also that the spiritual meaning is clearly conveyed within the context of their culture.
